With its more than 6oo kilometer the ‘Glomma’ is Norway’s longest and largest river. Upon entering Lake Øyeren at Fetsund, the Glomma has formed North Europe’s largest inland delta.
M/S Øyeren arranges evening- and party cruise, sightseeing from Lillestrøm to Fetsund Lenser’s lumber museum, and also a 1,5 hour long sightseeing trip from Fetsund Lenser’s lumber museum to explore and experience the beautiful scenery the North Europe’s biggest inland delta has to offer.
Curious about the lumber museum? Check out this page www.visitoslo.com/…
The boat is a 20 m long and 4 m wide catamaran, and has room for 36 people in lounge and has 36 seats upstairs on the sun deck. (Max number of people on board is 50). It’s possible to buy food and drinks on the boat (we found it a bit too pricey – A bottle of Pepsi cost 40 NOK).
We joined in on the 1,5 hours long day trip from the lumber museum a Sunday in July. We got lucky and saw several animals such as elk and deer.
The price for the sightseeing trips are 200 NOK p.p (150 for children), and it cost 250 NOK for evening- and party cruise.

They can take wheelchairs, but unfortunately it will be very difficult access to the toilet.
